Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change our pricing plans and payment terms at any time, but changes will not affect existing billing cycles without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WorkVib in any way that:

• Infringes upon intellectual property rights
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users
• Introduces viruses, bots, or malicious software
• Interferes with the normal functioning of the platform

WorkVib reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

WorkVib makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkVib shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss, service interruption, or loss of profits

arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkVib Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Terms

Your continued use of WorkVib after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
